Role Overview – Growth Marketing Lead

The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads for Xorora's consulting services. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage paid campaigns, SEO initiatives, and content marketing while building scalable growth strategies.

 

This position will initially function as the primary marketing role and will help shape the future marketing structure of the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

Growth Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies targeting international B2B markets.
  • Build marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.
  • Support business development efforts through inbound lead generation.

 

Paid Advertising

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve cost per lead and conversions.
  • Run A/B testing for ads and landing pages.

 

SEO and Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Plan and optimise website content for search performance.

 

Content Marketing

  • Develop marketing content strategies for the website and LinkedIn.
  • Write or guide the creation of blogs, landing pages, and marketing copy.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives and case study content.

 

Analytics and Performance Tracking

  • Track marketing performance and campaign metrics.
  • Analyse traffic, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Provide performance reports and recommendations.

 

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with web developers and designers for marketing assets.
  • Work closely with business development teams to align marketing and sales efforts

 

Required Experience:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and content marketing.
  • Experience generating B2B leads through digital channels.
  • Strong analytical and campaign optimisation skills.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with IT services or software companies.
  • Experience in marketing to international clients (US, UK, Australia).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Cost per lead.
  • Website traffic growth.
  • Conversion rates from marketing campaigns.
