The Role

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Karachi.
  • In this full-time role, you will be a driving force behind our global expansion. You will identify new business opportunities, forge long-lasting relationships with international clients, and spearhead the end-to-end sales cycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Global Growth: Spearhead international sales initiatives through proactive lead generation, outreach, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with global clients, acting as their trusted strategic advisor.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting and pitching to negotiating agreements and closing deals.
  • Market Strategy: Identify emerging market trends and pinpoint new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal technical and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure we deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Post-Sale Excellence: Ensure high client retention and satisfaction by providing dedicated post-sale support and outstanding customer service.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in International Sales, Global Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within a technology, SaaS, or IT solutions company is a strong advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional, fluent proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills. (Fluency in additional languages is a major plus).
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction.
  • Drive & Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
