Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains including software development, UI/UX, sales, Support, Marketing and IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Developers, & Websales, Business Developers, & Calling Agents, etc.)
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years Experience in a software house / IT company or a call centre
Knowledge of modern tech stacks & Sales Roles
What We Offer:
Location: Judicial Colony Phase 1, Lahore
Night Shift: 03 PM – 12 AM
Salary: 50K–60K PKR
