We are seeking a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The role involves a combination of 4 fixed working hours and 4 flexible hours each day. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and managing client communications. Responsibilities: Search and identify suitable projects on Upwork. Craft tailored proposals to win new projects. Communicate effectively with potential clients. Negotiate project terms and timelines. Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both fixed and flexible hours. Understanding of the Upwork platform and bidding process. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
