Responsibilities
- Source and attract top technical talent through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Screen and assess technical candidates for communication abilities, cultural fit, and core technical competencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role specifications, hiring priorities, and team dynamics.
- Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones with candidates and global teams.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, interview records, and hiring activity within the ATS platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skill sets across software engineering, QA, DevOps, data, cloud, and infrastructure domains.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
