Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
  • Shoot office, event, and product-related content
  • Plan content ideas and manage the social media content calendar
  • Write engaging captions and ensure consistent posting
  • Design basic visuals, thumbnails, and social media creatives
  • Assist in UI/UX design tasks including simple wireframes, layouts, and visual elements
  • Support landing page design by aligning content with UI/UX best practices
  • Work with design/dev teams to improve user experience across web and digital assets
  • Monitor engagement and optimize content performance
Requirements
  • 6 months – 1+ year experience in social media or UI/UX related role
  • understanding of UI/UX principles (wireframing, layouts, user flow, visual hierarchy)
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar
  • Strong video shooting and editing skills
  • Hands-on experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Understanding of social media trends and user behavior
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
