Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor who can create engaging YouTube content, high-converting UGC video ads, and modern motion graphics. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, and performance-driven content, especially for social media and paid ads.

Role Overview

As a Senior Video Editor (YouTube,UGC Ads & motion Graphics), you will be responsible for producing visually compelling videos that drive engagement, retention, and conversions. You should be comfortable working with AI tools, Adobe Suite, and DaVinci Resolve, and have a strong eye for detail, storytelling, and trends

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit YouTube videos (long-form & Shorts) with strong storytelling and retention strategies
  • Create UGC-style video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Produce motion graphics and animations for ads, branding, and social media
  • Add subtitles, sound design, transitions, and visual effects to enhance content
  • Optimize videos for performance (CTR, watch time, conversions)
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and hooks
  • Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in video editing and storytelling
  • Expertise in:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Photoshop and Illustrator
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Capcut
  • Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating high-converting UGC ads
  • Knowledge of sound design, color grading, and pacing
  • Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., AI editing, captions, generative video tools)
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
