Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 3+ years of experience who can hire top-tier talent from across Pakistan for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience working with international clients, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates across Pakistan through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
  • Maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates and keep regular follow-ups with potential hires.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients.
  • Maintain a consistent talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

 

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience hiring top-notch talent for US clients.
  • Preference for candidates with experience hiring construction professionals (estimators, architects, drafters, project coordinators, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
  • Must be comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 2 AM) onsite.
