Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts top talent.

Employee Relations and Performance Management:

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment and ensure that the company's values are reflected in all HR practices.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Training and Development:

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for all employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
