Systems Limited is seeking a B2B Digital Executive (Operations) to support and execute B2B digital strategies through the B2B platform. This role is responsible for operational execution of approved B2B cycle plans, ensuring platform functionality, processes, governance, and service levels align with organizational objectives to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include execution of e-commerce sales planning, product assortment and new product innovation, promotions and discounting, loyalty programs, and retailer compliance activities. The role coordinates closely with content teams to ensure accurate and market-aligned content delivery across B2B digital touchpoints. It also oversees B2B reporting and insights, including customer behavior, web ordering, campaign effectiveness, assortment performance, promotions, loyalty tracking, and compliance reporting. Close collaboration with B2B Platform Admin and Analytics teams is required to ensure accurate data reflection, CRM setup, customer segmentation, journey planning, content targeting, and timely execution in line with KPIs and governance requirements.
