Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Voice-based AI systems. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions, including conversational agents, voice assistants, and multimodal systems, with a strong focus on rapid iteration and real-world usability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
  • Build RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and document ingestion workflows for enterprise-grade knowledge retrieval.
  • Architect and implement Agentic AI systems capable of tool use, planning, reasoning, and multi-step task execution.
  • Develop voice-based AI solutions, integrating Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems for real-time and asynchronous use cases.
  • Build and deploy voice agents using platforms such as Twilio, LiveKit, or similar real-time communication frameworks.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate AI solutions using modern coding tools, SDKs, and AI frameworks, balancing speed with robustness.
  • Integrate AI systems with external APIs, databases, and internal services.
  • Apply deep learning concepts where appropriate, including model fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role, with production deployments.
  • Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (OpenAI, open-source models, or similar).
  • Practical experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience building Agentic AI workflows (tool calling, planners, memory, orchestration).
  • Hands-on experience with STT and TTS systems, and building voice agents.
  • Familiarity with Twilio, LiveKit, or comparable real-time voice/video communication platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
  • Solid understanding of Deep Learning fundamentals, including neural networks, optimization, and model evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of Computer Vision (CV) concepts and models (CNNs, vision transformers, multimodal systems).
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design clean, maintainable architectures.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced development, experimentation, and iterative delivery.
